Certified Transplant Preservationist (CTP®)

The CTP^® Self-Assessment Examination (SAE) is a 30-question online practice examination that was developed to be parallel in content and difficulty to the actual certified transplant preservationist examination. The examination conforms to the specifications of the CTP^® by one-third. The practice exam is 30 questions while the actual CTP^® exam is 110 questions. It is still intended to reflect the knowledge level required of a procurement coordinator.

The SAE should be regarded as an assessment tool to measure strengths and weaknesses, rather than a study guide for the examination. A passing score on the SAE will not in any way guarantee a passing score on the certification examination.

Once purchased, the SAE will be active for a period of 60 days in which you may exit and return to the examination as many times as needed. However, once you finish and score the examination, you cannot retake it. Upon completion, you will be able to view your results on-screen and receive a copy of your reports via the email address you provided.

To take this test on the web you must have the following:

• A compatible internet browser such as the current version of Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Other browsers may or may not work.
• Cookies and scripting must be enabled.
• Pop-up blocking must be disabled.
