American College of Healthcare Architects Practice Examination
Looking for more ACHA exam practice? Check out the new ACHA Practice Exam (2024) for 50 new multiple-choice questions to help assess strengths and weaknesses in your knowledge prior to taking the proctored certification examination.
ACHA practice exams are valid and accessible for 60 days from the time of purchase.
The ACHA Practice Examination (PE) is a 50-question online examination that was developed to be parallel in content and difficulty to the actual ACHA certification examination.
The PE should be regarded as a diagnostic tool to assess strengths and weaknesses of the candidates knowledge and not as a study guide for the actual certification examination.
Your score on the practice examination does not, in any way, guarantee your score on the actual certification examination.
The PE may be used by candidates as an additional resource to identify weak areas of knowledge prior to taking the proctored certification examination.
The PE will be available to you for 60 days from the date you place your order.
Candidates are also encouraged to visit the "Exam Details, Preparation and Study" page available on ACHA's website at https://healtharchitects.org/becoming-certified/exam-details-prep-study/.
The questions on the PE have not been tested via the certification examination. Therefore, ACHA does not have data on how these questions have performed. When you choose to finish and score the examination, you will be able to view two reports. A score report will show your overall score as well as the percentage of questions you answered correctly in each area of the detailed content outline. A feedback report will list each question, if you answered the question correctly or incorrectly indicated by a green checkmark or a red X, and the location of each question on the ACHA detailed content outline. You can access these reports until your 60-day testing window ends.
About the content:
The ACHA PE follows the same format used in the actual certification examination.
The actual certification examination time period is 150 Minutes. Consider completing the PE in 1 hour as there are half as many questions.
Questions follow the ACHA Detailed Content Outline (available in the candidate handbook) and are in the same proportion and difficulty as the actual certification examination. The cognitive levels Recall, Application, and Analysis are represented on the PE along with each content area: Forces that Drive the Business of Healthcare, Programming and Planning, Design, and Delivery and Implementation.
